MarketplaceFix collects the Amazon seller problems that are hard to solve because no single page explains them end to end: an error code with no documentation, a rejection with no stated reason, a reimbursement denied without a clear cause.
What makes a page different
Section titled “What makes a page different”Official help pages explain concepts. Forum threads describe one seller’s experience, often without the outcome. A page here is written to be usable:
- one page covers one specific symptom or error code
- each step has a check so you know whether it worked before moving on
- what is confirmed against an official Amazon document is separated from what is reported by other sellers
- every page carries the date it was last verified, because Amazon changes this behaviour often
How pages are researched
Section titled “How pages are researched”Problems come from seller communities and from the questions sellers actually ask. Answers are checked against Amazon’s own documentation first. Where an answer comes from seller experience rather than an official document, the page says so and states how confident we are. We do not publish a fix we could not reproduce or confirm.
Mistakes and corrections
Section titled “Mistakes and corrections”If a page is wrong, outdated, or missing the step that solved it for you, open the contact page and describe what happened. Corrections are applied to the existing page rather than posted as a comment, so the page stays the single source of truth.
